Wrinkle Iron
Okay I admit it. I’m a bit of a cynic. Facelift without surgery? I’m not one to believe the hype, but when I arrived home from work the other day the first thing I said when I saw my wife was, “What the heck happened to your face?” One side of her face was glowing and looked ten years younger than the other. The bag under one eye was basically gone and the crease between the side of her nose and edge of her mouth was much less pronounced, as were the crow’s feet on the side of her eye. She immediately asked me if I thought one side of her face looked noticeably different. All I could say was, “whatever you did to the right side of your face, you need to do it to the rest of your face right away.”
As soon I said that, I realized I was in for it. Instead, she said, “It’s incredible isn’t it! Daniel’s mom came by today and showed me a new anti wrinkle product she is distributing. It’s called the Galvanic Spa System.” I, of course, immediately thought, not another gimmick. But, whatever it was, I couldn’t argue with the results right in front of me. In fact, I told her she should immediately buy one of these wrinkle cure machines. Turns out, she already had.
My wife, to my chagrin (I am a cynic after all), becomes a distributor right away. Within days a parade of women are coming through our living room getting demonstrations of how this little machine works to give them younger skin, help erase deep wrinkles, reduce wrinkles and give them wrinkle free eyes. A few days later, one of the neighborhood moms is over to pick up her son who was playing with one of our three boys and I literally did a double take. I swear I thought she had an eyebrow lift. I was tempted to ask her if she had surgery, but before I could say anything, she was gushing about how this little wrinkle iron machine was the best anti aging skin care she had ever experienced.
Now I was starting to get a little interested myself (being in my mid forties I have face wrinkles and eye wrinkles (who doesn’t?) and I could certainly use a bit of a chin lift without surgery. So even though I’m a doubter by nature, I’m going to try the Galvanic Spa II aka wrinkle iron that my wife and her friends all swear by. Stay tuned for the results!
